SHW Innovation Suite (OPC) Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates PostClick AI at postclickai.tech and its products Shortlist, Context Cursor and Context Caller (previously Catalyst AI, catalystai.marketing). This policy describes how we collect, use and protect information when you visit our websites or use our services.
2. Information we collect
- Contact information you provide, such as your name, work email, phone number and company.
- Technical information collected when you visit, such as browser type, device type and pages visited.
- Advertising parameters appended to our URLs when you arrive from an ad, such as UTM parameters (
utm_source,utm_campaign,utm_term) and click identifiers. - On partner pages: anonymous engagement information, and contact details a visitor chooses to share with that partner, with consent.
3. How we use information
- To provide and improve our services for each partner.
- To respond to enquiries.
- To measure results against a holdout.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Partners and visitors
On partner pages, the partner decides what is collected and we process it on their behalf. Each partner’s data is kept separate and is never shared with other partners.
5. Advertising platforms
Where a partner authorises it, we read campaign information from their advertising accounts. This access is read-only and is used only to provide our services to that partner.
6. Forms
When you request an invite, the details you enter are sent to us by email through a form delivery service, and are used only to reply to your request.
7. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We may share information with service providers under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.
8. Security and retention
We protect information with appropriate technical and organisational measures, and keep it only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

You may ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to hi@postclickai.tech. We respond within 30 days.

Our products are in private beta. Features may change, and services are provided under the separate agreement we sign with each partner.
4. Use of the websites
- Use the sites lawfully, and in line with advertising platform policies.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access, or scrape the sites without permission.
- Do not misrepresent your identity or affiliation.
5. Intellectual property
Content on these sites belongs to SHW Innovation Suite (OPC) Private Limited. Partners keep ownership of their own content.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The sites are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
